St. Peter's Catholic School
Kindergarten - 5th Grade Strings Program
The St. Peter’s Strings Program for Kindergarten through 5th grade is a supplemental group class for children who are currently taking private strings lessons. This is for ALL ages and ALL levels. If you are new to the school or if you are not currently taking private lessons and are interested, please let me know and I will be glad to help.
The Primary Strings (Kindergarten, First and Second Grade) meet from 8:00 am till 8:30 am. These children need to report to their classroom first and then go to the music room as soon as possible. It is recommended that you try and get your children to school by 7:45 so that they can unpack and be ready for the day.
The Intermediate Strings (3rd Grade – 5th Grade) will meet from 8:30 am until 9:00 am. It is also recommended that they arrive to school by 7:45 so that they can get their morning work done.
Each group participates in Grandparents Day, Music Programs and play for our school Masses. All children are also invited to play in the Greenville Suzuki Associations Annual Christmas Concert and Spring Festival every year. As a Strings participant you will be given MANY opportunities to perform throughout year!
