Below are the steps that we take to practice a good bow hold. We first start by making a bunny rabbit with BOTH hands. It is easier for small children to work with both hands in the beginning, even though our right hand is the hand that holds to bow. Then we make our bunny rabbit have floppy ears.

Below are some of the ways we practice making a bow hold. Notice how the fingers are rounded and curvy. They should feel soft and not stiff. The thumb should be bumpy and pinky on top!
